Roy Baldwin serves as Chief Growth Officer for Trail Life USA, bringing more than 30 years of experience in leadership, ministry, family advocacy, and nonprofit work. His career has included leadership roles with Focus on the Family, Christian Heritage, and other faith-based organizations serving children and families.

Roy is passionate about helping organizations grow without losing sight of the people and mission they were created to serve. He is an author, speaker, husband, father, and longtime advocate for strengthening families and forming the next generation. He and his wife, Karen, have three adult children.
