Additionally, items that are shipped via US Postal Service are not guaranteed; if they are returned to the warehouse as undeliverable the customer will be responsible for the following:
- Additional shipping charges to resend the order
- Contacting USPS for lost or damaged packages
- Contacting USPS for late packages

No, we do not officially require a hat with the uniform. We do offer versions of hats made with the same type and color of material as the official Troop uniform for those interested.
No, the sizing difference between the youth and adult is minimal (4 cm).
The Trail Life USA Troop rip-stop cargo pants and troop chino pants are custom-dyed. Because they are made from different fabrics, it is impossible to get a perfect color match in all lighting. The colors will vary slightly, depending on lighting.

No, our system does not allow a tax exemption to be entered individually for a customer.

Troop Track, and our new store and website, are independent of each other and not connected. Advancements added to Troop Track will no longer populate in your store shopping cart. You can no longer make store purchases from Troop Track. We suggest if you are using the full version of Troop Track, you update records in Troop Track, then print the cards for award distribution. Use the printed cards to make purchases in the new store.
The new store does not connect to Troop Track and functions entirely independently. Shoppers do have the option of creating a login to store their name and contact information for future purchases to speed up the checkout process. No other information, including order history will be stored.
